  2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
    • Service or event cancellation by BusinessMasteryPro.in: In the event we need to cancel a service or event, a full refund will be issued.
    • Customer cancellation: If you, the customer, decide to cancel your participation in Business growth webinar and meet the 15-minute advance notice requirement, we will provide a refund.
    • Availability for rescheduling: In case you cannot attend the scheduled Business growth webinar, and if an alternative batch is available, you may request to shift to another batch.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive your refund request, we will process it promptly. The refund amount and processing time may vary based on the specific circumstances of your request.
